On 17 September 2009, at its plenary session, the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo appointed members of the Board of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority.

The appointed board members are:

Mr. Ekrem Hoxha - chairman
Mr. Lulzim Kurtaj- member
Mr. Besnik Berisha - member
Mr. Naser Shala - member
Mr. Nijazi Ademaj – member
