The Commission was established by the Board Decision on the 07.09.2005. The aim of this Commission was the analysis, evaluation and monitoring of the implementation of license terms.
This Commission is a multidisciplinary body comprised of TRA professional staff and external experts. Their field of expertise is technical, economic, and legal/regulatory. Operation of this Commission is based on the Law on Telecommunication, Law on administrative procedures and Secondary legislation of TRA.
